More About Me
Hi! You can call me Ann Thu (“Anne Two”) or Thu (“Two”).
I first practiced in 2009. I kept looking around at everyone else in class to figure out what this "downward facing dog" was all about. It has been a journey since.
I have practiced with many teachers. Jivamukti Yoga has especially resonated with me.
By exploring a range of yoga asanas, I grew greater appreciation for my body, both its softness and its strength.
By building awareness of breath, I built greater focus and steadiness of mind.
As I continue to delve more deeply into yoga, I am humbled by all that lies ahead of me and all that has come before me. Simultaneously, I am increasingly aware of just how interconnected we all are.
By sharing yoga with others, I hope to plant seeds of peace, joy, and freedom.
RYS 200 certified and a certified Jivamukti 75HR Spiritual Warrior teacher, I deeply value continued learning as well as sharing the magic of yoga with others.
